EasyVOIP is aimed at giving customers a top-end, fully-featured telephone system with friendly, prompt support. After years of running an IT Support business and using 3rd-party VOIP providers for our customers, we were finding the communication and support of these providers was simply not up to scratch for our customers. In the interest of giving our customers friendly, easy support and being able to provide all their services through one point of contact, we decided to launch our own VOIP business to fill those gaps.

Alex comes from a background in IT support for Home and Small-Medium businesses ranging from phone and remote support to on-site, from the smallest of home user requests to the larger scaled server environments. He is currently A+ COMPTIA certified, a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and a full member of the Institute of IT Professionals, NZ (IITP). Alex is also an IITP Certified Technician.
